Chow Balls

The Portland Mercury's Patrick Alan Coleman cooks balls with Achewood cartoonist Chris Onstad:
"Ooh, the sympathy. The sympathy. It's terrible," says Onstad as he runs the sharp edge of the carbon steel blade across a parboiled testicle. The skin splits open and the meat inside purses outward through the gash. It's the color and consistency of sea urchin. It smells like..."Smells like spunk?" Onstad offers. "Smells like a bad day?"
