Now, I do love Tim Burton, but this video is so spot-on I think both lovers and haters will enjoy it.

Burton, however, did put his name on it and somehow take all the credit. Mission accomplished, pretty much.

As the producer, he put together the creative team and probably had authority over some aesthetic choices. But it just goes to show how much of what we think of as "Tim Burton's Style" is his design team, cinematographers, and composer ("La la la la, deedly deedly deedly deedly, bum bum bum bum...").
