Animals Bull Kills Man

And another one:

WERNERSVILLE, Pa. — Authorities said a Berks County man was killed after being attacked by one of his pet bulls.

The Berks County coroner's office said Ricky Weinhold, 52, died Saturday after being attacked by a bull on a farm where he leased barn space in Wernersville.

Chief Deputy Coroner Charles E. Sweitzer Jr. said all of Weinhold's injuries appear to have been inflicted by a bull's head and hooves.

I wonder if it's reasonable for us to connect this bull to that killer whale at SeaWorld? Is something going on? If there's one right animals have, it is the right to hate humans.

I did a double take there! Pet bull - Pit bull.

He was probably a very sweet and loving pet bull!

Remember, there are no bad pet bulls, only bad owners who raise them to be aggressive!

People lash out occasionally and somewhat unpredictably against people they like and respect (or at least usually interact with uneventfully): verbal zingers out of left field, sudden fits of jealousy, passive-aggressive or Machiavellian maneuvers--Gene bouncing Phinny off the branch in A Separate Peace. It's not surprising at all that it happens with animals. When the animal has tons of weight, hoofs, horns, or teeth on its side, the outcome is more often tragic. This is why "protected contact" is the sensible philosphy to employ when interacting with potentially dangerous animals.
