Noise For the Needy purchased the right to post on Slog for a week in Strangercrombie, our annual charity auction. More info about our charity auction here.

Our community means everything to us, and as we begin our 6th year of hosting benefit rock shows in Seattle, we know we wouldn’t be able to do it without you. From the music lovers who attend the shows, to our hardworking volunteers, to our generous sponsors, Seattle has come together with Noise for the Needy to give to those who need it the most. You have helped provide warm hats and hot showers through Urban Rest Stop, safe housing and effective recovery through Transitional Resources, and so, so much more. We are constantly blown away by you all, and we can’t thank you enough!

We hope we can count on you again this year as we raise both awareness and dough for Teen Feed in June. We’d love to see you and your friends at a show (or five!)—your ticket proceeds will go to a great cause!

Help us spread the gospel of rocking out for charity on our growing social network: Facebook | Myspace | Blog | Flickr | Twitter | www.noisefortheneedy.org

Join our team of volunteers, or apply for our brand new internships. If your band wants to make a difference and be heard, apply to play NFTN at sonicbids, or if you don’t yet have a sonicbids account, you can contact Michelle Smith. Various levels of sponsorship are available, and donations of any amount are accepted year-round.

Stay tuned this spring as NFTN ramps up to our June 2010 festival with lineup announcements and kickoff events!
