Now, Your Funeral Can Be Archived for Up to 90 Days

Posted by on Wed, Jan 20, 2010 at 4:36 PM

Consumerist relayed this video about funeral webcasting.

Of course, this idea makes a lot of sense. But something about the way this guy tries to sell it makes me feel really creeped out.

This makes me want to get my everdrunk cousin to videotape Aunt Mary's funeral, add the music of his choice (oh, dear) then "archive" the result on YouTube forever.

He said, "If you can't be there live, or perhpas someone else can't be there live..." Isn't the whole point of a funeral?

That is really strange music to end up a funeral promotion video.
