New "Red Band" (read: swearing and legs chopped off) trailer for Kick-Ass, which looks like it might be.

This is my second favorite comic currently running. I'm so excited for this movie.

Now if there was only some way to turn The Boys into a movie. I don't think it could ever work though.

Is this Tarantino? Because it looks like it.

No... Matthew Vaughn. Producer of the early Guy Ritchie movies, and director of Layer Cake (massively overlooked) and Stardust.

@Peter F,

I'll believe it when I see it. HBO canceled that Preacher project when they really understood what the comic was about. The Boys takes things to an extreme that I just don't think you could ever get away with.

Looks like a hit if you're one of the pederastically inclined, gun loving and violence-craving set.

I think I saw her at that Columbine thing a few years back, she was the little girl taking notes in the library.

The old-fashioned geezer in me doesn't approve of movies where child performers are asked to casually swear like sailors. Sorry.

@11- But the kids love to swear!

While that looks like it'll be a lot of fun, I'm somewhat in agreement with #11. However, for me, it's more that the swearing is going to be played for novelty to the point that it's just annoying.

@11: So you're totally okay with the fact that the child is brutally murdering people? That's the part that weirded me out. That said, I kinda want to see this anyway.
