Back on April Fool's Day, Thinkgeek made up a fictional Tauntaun sleeping bag. Today, it looks like the Tauntaun Sleeping bag is finally a reality:

The prototype debuted on ThinkGeek on April Fools’ Day and the Internet exploded. Thousands of Star Wars fans tried to order it, and a tsunami of press coverage followed. We soon realized that we simply had to get approval from Lucasfilm and put it into production.

Fortunately the Star Wars overlords had seen the massive demand for the product and gave us their blessing. It didn’t hurt that most of the folks at Lucasfilm wanted a sleeping bag for themselves.

You can buy a Tauntaun Sleeping Bag here. Due to high demand, they're limiting purchases to two per customer.

I already bought two for my neice and nephew. These ar almost big enough for a full-grown adult (I'm over 6'). They are awsome.

Urgutha Forka 6
When I saw this on April 1st, right away I thought if someone could get the copyright priviledges, this thing would be a killer product... easy to manufacture, easy to sell.

Nice.
