hamms was my favorite beer when i was six. That bear, or is it a skunk, really made me happy. Also those schlitz malt liquor ad's with the bull smashing through the wall of the bar... impressionable minds.

Before the laws banning A: Cartoon character spokes-animals for adult products and B: Open containers (check the guy at the picnic bench hoisting a frosty glass of beer) beer commercials were more awesome.

I totally remember the animated one, and still find myself singing the jingle. I loved those commercials AS A KID. I think they were on during Saturday morning cartoons.

Man I want some Hamms now.

Thanks for the correction on my erroneous comment from yesterday. Yanno I don't drink cheap beer. Not like you can even buy this one anymore.

The cartoon commercial is from the 80's, not the 70's.
