Crime Another Photo of the Suspect

On the police scanner, you can hear officers pursuing every tip on every possible suspect—a man carrying a cup of coffee on Aurora, a guy panhandling by the side of the road—as they should. In case folks want another photo of the man police are looking for, KIRO posted a photo from 2004 of Maurice Clemmons on their Twitter account:

So, correct me if I'm wrong, but has he been convicted by a jury of his peers of this alleged crime?
What if, as so often happens, it's another case of mistaken identity of a black man?
Happens all the time in America. Death row is filled with "guilty" black men who later were found by DNA evidence to be totally innocent. As in ... half.
