A little on the over-cautious side and doesn't even mention the best way to keep your shit safe while in motion, which is to lock it up in the trunk or glove box. Opening a locked compartment always requires a warrant and probable cause.

Really the best way to stay safe is to buy from a known dealer as infrequently as possible and only smoke in the safety of your own home.

Or just smoke anywhere in the city limits. In the park, on the sidewalk, outside city hall. We just elected a city attorney who promised he would prosecute zero pot possession cases.
