I saw this happen at Barca during their brief pole tease thing a few years back. At raffle had picked a guy to do the pole for a prize. One 180 deg swing on that thing n it ripped loose and absolutely smashed this girl in the dome. So much blood. It was horiffic and quite funny. : P
