Week in Review

Posted by on Fri, Nov 13, 2009 at 9:20 AM

Joni Balter, Peter Callaghan, and I will be on KUOW's Weekday this morning, talking about the new mayor, the plodding way that Washington counts its ballots, the meaning of all the election results, the Ivar's billboard hoax, and other news of the week.

That's 94.9 FM starting at 10 a.m.

the 'plodding' meme? Don't let the right wingers create this false crisis.

Also re: Ivars -- best fake marketing ever! :)

I'm opening a chain of swimming pool construction firms on the moon.

Basically, main take home message was grassroots and green won, powers that be and elitists lost.

I love hearing Joni fighting to maintain her own relevance and that of her paper.

@6 - yeah, but she's why recycling really took hold in this country. It was her idea, I just transmuted it for others.
