Slog Election Coverage

Posted by on Wed, Nov 4, 2009 at 8:40 AM

Relive last night's exciting, historical, phantasmagorical election minute-by-drunken-minute. Here are last night's SECB posts arranged in chronological order for your reading pleasure. Slog saw its highest traffic of the year last night because voters know that a little snark and assholery in election coverage drives efficiencies and moves us forward.

So... Obama = No Coat Tails.

And Independents are skewing right, not left. Even in Liberal New Jersey. (Interesting.)

I predict health care reform either goes back to the drawing board or dies.

The Blue Dogs will be to concerned about their own re-election prospects next time around to do anything too aggressive this year.

@4, Um, health care reform dies because of the election of two Republican governors, and of another Democrat to the House? I think you need to review your fourth-grade civics notes.
