Vote the Shit Out of Referendum 71

Posted by on Tue, Nov 3, 2009 at 9:48 AM

And then join your favorite team of reefer addicts and hooch pushers here on Slog as we attend all the election-night parties, boozing it up with the winners and losers. We'll post all the best parts: interviews, photos, videos, and oodles more.

Which candidate will kick out the Stranger Election Control Board from their party first (Hutchison)? Which party will be the first where a twink projectile vomits a Long Island Iced Tea (Approve R-71)? And which one will be freakishly sober (Rosencrantz)? Stay tuned this evening.

The Ref: 71 event will fill early - remember the big ballot total will come early - sometime around 8:15 pm - doors open at 7:pm - most likely the party of the night, esp. if early returns look like a win.

Zyler, good kisser with the double Jamison rocks - and primo smoke out back (hey it is a party)

I'd guess that we probably won't have definitive results on several races tonight, correct?

After results are posted, if we nab a big win on R-71, I'm immediately dragging the man out to Pike/Broadway to celebrate.

If we get enough people out and about, maybe we'll march on Westlake and demand Lush give us celebratory bath bombs and froofy soaps. They close at 9, right?

Purr is a great place, but I'll be letting the Mallahan folks cry on my shoulder while celebrating the Yes on 71 win and No on 1033 win.

There are three all ages parties - McGinn, Mallahan, the second Yes on 71 party. That I could find out about.
