McGinn Volunteers Answer the Question: How Do You Feel?

Posted by on Tue, Nov 3, 2009 at 8:02 PM

When we started, it was such a—not a longshot, but a dream. That we could put someone like McGinn in the mayor's office. And it really could happen.

I'm pretty happy. Nobody knows what the polls are doing. Today I went out to mail a letter and the outbox at my office had ten ballots there. This morning! People waited til the last minute. We might not know for a couple more days. But I think the early results are going to have Mike shining.

I feel good. I predict we win by four points.

Wonderful. Hopeful. And excited.

I feel amazing. Fucking nervous though.

Mike's going to win.

Nervous.

On the wall behind everyone, a sign (huge bold font, 12 pieces of paper taped together) says:
