I'm afraid she's gonna run for governor instead.

If this freak runs for Governor, all we need to do is highlight her 10 years with the ultra-right-wing, evangelical Discovery Institute, which actively promotes teaching creationism ("Intelligent Design") in public schools.

This alone disqualifies Susan from *ever* holding public office in our state.

@2 more likely for Congress, Jennifer Dunn's old seat - expect to see her move soon.

Very good night.

Hooray, great job Constantine. Watching this election from overseas (former Seattle resident) and I couldn't be more happy. And I fully hope blackhook above is right.

So Dow is county executive, Joe McDermott will leave the state senate to take the on the county council, Sharon Nelson or Eileen Cody (my guess is Nelson) will move into the senate. Who will fill the vacancy for the 34th district House seat that's going to be opening up?

Susan may run for another seat but having a pretty nasty electoral defeat handed to her doesn't really make here that appealing to the GOP. You run winners in races.

Oh, and here so non-classy "I won't concede though there's no way I will make back a 12 point defeat" doesn't make here appealing either.

If Susan runs for Governor, I'll donate to her campaign, because if she took out Rob McKenna in the primary it'd make it that much easier to elect a D in 2012.

Susan Hutchison running for governor would be like the second coming of Ellen Craswell, and we all know how that turned out, don't we?

Yeah, she's not running for Governor. McKenna's going to run... and win, unfortunately.
