Dow and His Posse in West Seattle

Dow Constantine, King County Executive candidate and the SECB's biggest crush, is gesticulating at traffic in West Seattle with a cadre of sign-waving supporters—State Senator Joe McDermott (D-34), campaign manager, girlfriend, and volunteers—while scads more volunteers are phone-banking at his office. "We raised a lot of money but I would rather be out doing this any time," says Constantine, as plumes of exhaust waft past the corner of 35th Avenue SW and Fauntleroy Way SW.

While the SECB choked on diesel fumes, drivers were honking and waving their ballots out their windows—which doesn't seem like a very good idea. Constantine believes his chances are good for becoming the next King County Executive. But, he says, they'll need to get out the vote to secure a victory from of "nonpartisan" Republican Susan Hutchison.

So, did everyone in SLOG vote yet?

Well, except for the Talibangelists - they can wait until Wednesday

There's no way Constantine is SECB's biggest crush. You've had your tongue down McGinn's throat from the beginning.

@5 - no, it's the other Mike, Mike O'Brien.

Pay attention, Westside.

@6 sadly, I have acquired the bad habit of reading this fish wrapper daily and I have not seen any other candidate referred to, more than once, as a sexy bear.

Admit it, if McGinn wins, the entire SECB is going to have rug burns from rubbing all up in McGinns gnarly beard.

Have you forsaken McGinn? I thought he was your biggest crush! Poor, poor McGinn, slighted so on his big day...
