Election District 23!

The Democrat, Bill Owens, won that congressional seat in conservative, way-upstate New York. Which should give the national talkers something to talk about besides Republicans grabbing two governors' seats.

Actually, NY-23 is not a conservative district. Until now it was a Republican district, but ideologically it's right in the American middle. Which is why the Republicans originally nominated a moderate to run for it.
