I am a big fan of the stranger, which is why it annoys me so much that they actually compared Joe Mallahan to Robert Mugabe. This is smearing comparable to what the LaRouche nuts do when they show up holding pictures of Obama and Hitler. Way to aim for the lowest standard possible. Well done.

Good one Stranger! You guys sure aren't gonna let Mallhan off the hook for that one! Now that the line between endorsing and fully campaigining for a candidate has been completely violated, it's pretty hard to take any of your political reporting seriously.

I AM RATHER ANNOYED THAT YOU WOULD DEIGN TO INSULT AND DEGRADE SUCH A MAN AS JOE MALLAHAN AND DEMAND YOU RETRACT ANY STATEMENTS TO THAT EFFECT. I HAVE A RATHER STRONG SUSPICION THAT THESE ARE NOT ATTACKS ON THIS GOOD MAN'S CHARACTER BUT AN ENDORSEMENT OF HIS OPPOSITION, MIKE MCGOO.
