McGinn vs. Mallahan, Round II: The blow by blow.

Erotic services: Legal on Craigslist, a judge rules.

New York Times: Lost $35.6 million in the third quarter, with advertising revenue down 30 percent.

Pay cuts: For executives at companies that took government bailouts.

Israel and Iran: Meeting in secret in Cairo to talk about a nuclear-free Middle East?

Held by the Taliban: Part four, the escape.

The cookie diet: Doesn't work.

Balter tells Eyman to "Give it a rest": Good luck.

Torched: Three Seattle police vehicles this morning.

Seattle schools: Done with that D-average business.

And this is, apparently, not a parody:

Hmph. The "Enemies of Slog" list is a complete joke as long as Obama's on it. Oh, he may not be a friend, but he's certainly not an enemy.

Judge rules erotic services legal on Craigslist?
Finally, a judge that understands freedom. Thank you Judge Grady! Enough of the phony morality and attacks on freedom!

So fucking Apple's plans to come out with a hot new Snow Leopard wristwatch are fucked now, aren't they?

@7 Agreed. And can we stop making PSA's/commercials of that style, which has become such a grating cliche? (there must be a name for it: where everyone reads a script, and we cut randomly between them, often with skips, and swelling music?). It's hard to bear.
