21 percent iundecided is amazing. McGinn needs to keep the tunnel at the fore by challenging Mallahan as to who asks harder questions as to risks and costs. Why not demand a fixed price contract? Demand an agreement with the State that says that provision everyone says is illegal....is illegal. what the AG won't commit to that in writing, now?

Demand the l.i.d. boundaries be drawn and the property tax increase be specified and the vote be scheduled.

Demand to know if the contractor is going to bear the risk of overruns or the public.

Demand to know how we can deal with a Brightwater situation -- what if the boring machines get stuck and there is delay, who pays for figuring out the repair?

Demand an estimate of the financial risk boundaries, and the capability of Seattle to bear it, so we don't have any AIG finance type of situation (unknosn, unregulated risk).

Demand there be at least one bus stop in the tunnel, pull out lanes outside the tube, a station, with exits above to downtown streets so it has at least SOME transit utility.

Promise to keep the State accountable -- the City wants things in writing, and enforceable.

Love how polls only ask around 500-1000 people out of the 600k in Seattle.

G.W. Bush as motivational speaker? He certainly motivated the entire world to hate him and us. Turd.

I love these polls of non-screening old white men with land lines.

Too bad they ignore women who screen and almost everyone with a cell phone who isn't rich.
