Re: Does Susan Hutchison Think West Seattle Is "Nowhere"?

Sandeep Kaushik, spokesman for Dow Constantine, responds to Water-Taxi-gate:

Is anyone surprised that Susan Hutchison and her allies would run down Seattle?

They have been running an overtly anti-Seattle campaign for months, which is right out of the Washington State Republicans' textbook (think Slade Gorton or Mike McGavick). Contrast that with Dow, who has experience representing Seattle and the suburbs—his district is half in Seattle, half outside.

Dow is running a campaign to unite King County, not score cheap political points by pitting parts of the County against each other.

Wait. What do West Seattle residents care about who gets elected King County Commissioner anyway? Don't they have their own election to worry about?

You scammers will do whatever it takes to insure that you can milk the taxpayers of Puget Sound for a non-productive and costly "Seattle Lifestyle".

It really is Us against You...however politely we try and put it...

Dow Constantine is the Chairman of the King County Council and has served on the Council for eight years.

He is practically the incumbent in this race.

Vote for Change, vote for Susan Hutchison. She is supported by the state auditor, a Democrat, the attorney general, a Republican, and the Seattle Times.

#10: I'd like to see change in the form of ferries cut to Vashon Island.
