No joke, I was listening to Jimmy Dorsey's version of "Pick Yourself Up" when I started playing this video. The two went well together.

Yeah, I don't think this is a drug reaction, folks. Looks like the guy is having a non-drug-induced episode of some kind. If so, not cool to sit here making fun of him.

I highly doubt if he was having a "reaction" he would be going to get a half-rack of brew. This looks like a serious case of "I gotta get something to level me out" gone beautifully wrong. Also he wouldn’t be straightening out his chin pubs trying to look normal if he wasn’t high as shit. Not saying I've been there, but pretty damn close-
