So say you're on your Segway, on your way to work. Your idiot boss won't build a ramp for your Segway, so you have to park it out front. That means you have to actually walk around while you're at work! That simply won't do. Thankfully, Honda has invented the U3-X, a device that operates like an indoor Segway so that you will never have to take another step for as long as you live:

Thanks, Presurfer. You have introduced the internet to something that manages to combine the cool factor of both the Segway and the unicycle.

Only douchebags and those who won't fit on this will want it.

Aaand, we're one step closer to the hover chairs in the movie WALL-E. Err, one click of the controller on a U3-X closer?

So, this is like an improved wheelchair for paraplegics right? This isn't supposed to be for fully functional humans, is it?

@6 The Segway was first designed as a better wheelchair, but lazy people will always take over the technology.

As a co-worker pointed out the other day, this will never take off until they can figure out a way to let you use the restroom without having to get up off of it.

Can you let go of the seat while you're on it? that'd be a lot more useful. And yeah, it seems like the people currently able to use it are the non-obese people with a sense of balance. Like #2, I also thought of the hoverchairs in Wall-e.

LOL

I just imagined a whole office of these! Where everyone had use of one. Now that thought is a hoot!

Wow, it's like Honda specifically designed something with the express purposes of earning snarky internet comments about fat people. It's perfect for it.

I love how angry everyone gets over things like this.

AARRRRRGGGGHH! Unicycle for lazy people!!!! I'm LIVID! I can't contain the volcano of anger it unleashes in me!!!

LOL.

Yah, I can see a lot of falling over for future users. If I could ride a unicycle, why would I go for this one over the manual variety? And, of course, I couldn't fit on it anyway. It would squash.

The "cool factor" (i.e. segway and unicycle comments) was sarcasm people.
