David VonTesmar is accused of driving while wearing masks. Arizona officials insist that VonTesmar has been caught on 37 speed cameras wearing monkey and giraffe masks while driving. (Video can be found here.)

VonTesmar admits that the owns the masks, but he insists it's not him:

"I haven't seen proof it was me," David VonTesmar said. "I don't know it was me."

"I have no reason to believe it was me," he added, "because I would never operate my vehicle in an unsafe manner."

VonTesmar also refuses to pay his speeding tickets, claiming he is fighting an illegal "speed tax." What do you want to bet this guy becomes Sarah Palin's Vice Presidential candidate in 2012? I smell Joe the Plumber-style fame for Mr. VonTesmar.
