Books / Teh Internets So Many Online Marathons This Weekend!

Odds are, you're probably going to Bumbershoot. We make the Bumbershoot experience easy on our Bumbershoot page. But if you're going to be working or if you're otherwise housebound this weekend and you're not up for taking the 3-Day Novel Challenge, this fellow over here is going to be blogging his 3-Day Novel Writing experience. That is clearly insane. Everybody knows that writing a novel in three days is as natural as falling off a log, but blogging about it is beyond the pale.

If you want me to shut up about the 3-Day Novel Contest already, you might be interested in this instead: This Labor Day, Kevin Smith will conduct a 24-hour marathon Q&A session on Twitter. You can find his Twitter feed here. Apparently, he has a book called Shootin' the Sh*t With Kevin Smith coming out, and this is publicity for the book. I'm actually more interested in the marathon public Twitter interview than the book, especially with that awful, awful title.
