...because it's funny:

Thanks so much, Fail Blog. I laughed 'til I cried.

Comedy is tragedy in longshot.

I blame america's funniest home videos for embedding slapstick deep into my 8 year old brain

The best part is afterward when the kid just sits back down like nothing happened, and then realizes she is in a different row and heads back to her original seat. Way to play it cool.

If it were me, I would still be on the floor laughing.

I thought this might have been an accidental-on-purpose kind of thing. Like, the kids all thought it was funny how bumpy the bus was, and one wanted to see how high she would be thrown if she stood up, bent her knees, and maybe pushed off a bit. Still funny, though. Mostly because she actually hit the ceiling...

Maybe this should be called bus safety fail -- it's hilarious that our kids ride to school every day, not to mention down highways on field trips, in death traps with no seat belts. Also, transit.

@6- Exactly. We did this when I was a kid. Bad roads, alcoholic busdrivers... Good times.
