The Bottleneck Lounge, everybody's favorite bar with a dog-themed cocktail list on Madison near 23rd, will be closed this Sunday and Monday to take down a wall and expand, which is neat because it was tiny.
The Bottleneck will be open again in time for a viewing party for the season premiere of Top Chef on Wednesday at 9 p.m., featuring local hero-competitors Robin Leventhal, formerly of Crave, and Ashley Merriman of popular upscale Belltown Italian restaurant Branzino.
