Housekeeping / Drunk Tomorrow Is Slog Happy Day!

This month's Slog Happy is going to be a good one! It's being held at the new(ish) Twilight Exit location in the Central District (2514 E Cherry St), and they've got some pretty killer drink specials—$2.50 wells, $3 micros, and $1.50 PBR. They're also gonna bring in a couple extra folks to man the bar, so you hopefully won't have to wait too long (I know how you hate waiting for your drinks).

And before you start getting too drunk, I recommend you put a little food in your belly—maybe a plate of chicken-fried bacon?? They also have burgers, tater-tots, blue cheese fries, salads, and more on the menu, if you didn't want to completely clog the arteries.

Or hell, drink your dinner. I don't care. Just remember to tip well.

Slog Happy starts at 6 pm. I'll be there with nametags, you bring your wit and charm.

This is the second time Slog Happy has been scheduled for the day *before* I get back to Seattle. Guess I'll have to check out the new Twilight Exit all by my lonely self sometime ... nothing but the blue cheese fries to console me ... *sniff*.

girl.. for months now i've been giving myself headaches and vapors trying to imagine a middle aged sister without kids , but who desperately wants some..except all of the men around her are gay men she met at their e. lynn harris book club / bible study group and already partnered anyways and live in impeccably clean kente decorated condos ( ..but none too happy about it because they can't get married..but they all agree that they really don't want to ..not wanting to destroy the family and all with they twisted leanings towards pederasty and beastiality ). and she and 'nem without even the slightest interest or clue who langston hughes, james baldwin, bayard runstin were ( to just name a few right off my black faggity head ) but love madea and luther and johnny mathis and 'nem. and really loves obama unless/ until he gives in to them other loud sissies who keep confusing their rights with civil rights.
i was hoping to buy her a corvoisier and cola ( or 3.. i tend to drink cocktails in pairs but i suspect she has larger 'cups' then me , if you get my drift ) and share a plate of wings or catfish po boy and creole fries. and by the end of it we'd be drunk enough to agree to disagree and keep the discourse civil here on slog.(.. ' loveschild, girl.. i never ever cussed out ANYbody before.. and i don't remember what got into me that day i took 3 steps away from my religion and told YOU of all people 'fuck you' ..but we ARE family ...

i still might come though.. and scary ...girl.. i'm sorry i didn't invite you to the wedding ..we had a time, yes we did.. we sure did...
