The brown fox wasn't really very quick though. It took about 20 seconds for it to jump over the lazy dog.

I'd rather watch a video of a new farm hand (picking just six quinces) proven strong but lazy, or packing my box with two dozen liquor jugs.

@2 The Russians had a program to domesticate the fox. It showed signs of success, but was abandoned for funding reasons or something like that.

There are domesticated foxes out there somewhere, but you'd be better off looking overseas if you're committed to the idea.

Any sort of domesticatable fox has to be specially bred, and ends up looking more like a dog than a fox.

My mom had a pet fox. Kept outdoors in a big fenced area. It tried to bite everyone but my mom. She could pick him up and hold him and kiss him, but only her.

A little more exciting than the video for "Jackdaws love my sphinx of quartz" would be.

Another video describes the dog as the "stepmom" of the foxes. The video is "2 adopted foxes and the 'stepmom' dog. Lots of cute scenes of the dog carrying around the kits.

That's adorable! I have two Shiba Inus (the breed of dog in the video) and almost everyone says, upon seeing them for the first time, "They look just like little foxes!".

Even I, reluctantly, must admit that that video was pretty damn cute.
