A judge in Florida has just passed down a ruling that Jack Kerouac's will is a fake. Kerouac died in 1969. The estate is valued at twenty million dollars.
The root AP story reports it's the mother's will, not Jack's, declared invalid. Looks like his will was clear, leaving his assets to mom. The dispute is over mom's supposed will, which in turn left her late son's assets to x instead of y, etc. etc.
