Orphan: Spoiled!

Take it away, Defamer's Richard Lawson!

OMG, you guys. So that movie Orphan comes out today—it's that Vera Farmiga creepy kid flick where she screams and screams as she realizes she already made this movie before—and we know the surprise ending! And it's hilarious.

The credit goes to Vulture for rooting around in the Ain't It Cool comments (horror) and finding someone who'd seen the film and given away the RIDICULOUS surprise twist ending. Are you ready for it?

I have read the facts of the surprise ending and it is the first spoiler-alerted ruined ending that makes me want to see a movie I previously had no interest in. Read it—if you dare.

That image reminds me in some creepy way of Amanda Knox. Has Charles Mudede been shown this?

I have always feared the orphan uprising. I wonder if the orphans of America are going to protest because it sheds a bad light on orphans, as it should.

That movie is awesome. Saw it Monday, and totally worth it. Equal parts hilarious and WTF?!?! which is perfect for a horror movie. And the girl who plays the orphan is really good. Trust me Schmader, it's awesome.

Let the Right One In is a far better horror flick/book.

I thought it looked awful. Then, I read Roger Ebert's review and he gave it 3 1/2 stars, so I thought, huh, maybe I should see it after all. Now, I read about the SDH (secret dwarf hooker) and I think, huh, Roger Ebert's finally gone completely batshitcrazy.

why do I get the sick feeling that this means that she attempts to seduce her adopted father?

Roger Ebert is just so happy he isn't dead that he loves everything.

Wow what a conundrum. A movie I had no interest in suddenly becoming interesting via spoiler that, now known, can never possibly have the amazing impact it would have had I gone in unknowing, which I wasn't going to do.

@15, seriously? That's the most retarded twist ending I've heard in a while.

Is this an M. Night Shamalan movie?

Seriously, why is Vera Farmiga in this movie. She's totally gonna be typecast as the mother driven crazy by her child.

I hope this plays over the credits.

The movie didn't sound interesting before and now does not sound interesting.

Guess I'm not the target audience.
