The paper's only been out for a matter of hours, and the cupcakes are ALREADY ACTIVELY DEFYING MEGAN SELING!
Holy cupcakes, Batman! Wink Cupcakes (currently catering-only) will open retail store on Queen Anne, Oct. 1st.
