I had kind of a nutty experience at Artemis—what with the chaos, brief spate of hostility, and unexpected flamenco dancing—but the food (by Nick Castleberry, who'd previously cooked at Sitka & Spruce) was very good. Then Artemis went through a couple more chefs (Castleberry was already the second one), closed down, did a nominal remodel, and reopened as a bar called the Lookout. How is it? Well, there are new murals, a patio with a Space Needle view, and liquor promotions featuring the likes of the Malibu rum girls. (There may or may not still be an overpriced cheeseburger.) You decide.
