@3. Agreed... it's not really overtly "sexually suggestive" (not like the Quizno's one or the Carl's Jr. bikini burger one). More like "sneakily dirty."

Hardees is the further-east version of Carl's Jr. So they've got a long tradition of sexually suggestive commercials. The milk shake commercial where the guy stands behind a cow and dry-humps it has nothing on this A-hole vs. B-hole commercial.

Actually, I think it's more just the puerile sneakiness of getting people to say "A**hole" on TV.
