Posted by on Thu, Jun 25, 2009 at 6:34 PM

Apparently the rumor circulating is false—David Schmader says Lindy West said so.

Look at the website where the news originated very closely. There you will find your answer. I don't know why I'm talking like this.

Can't be true... we've had our three for the week. Better luck next week, Jeff.

Here, replace "Tom Hanks" for "Jeff Goldblum."

Well, I heard that Jeff Goldblum and Michael Jackson were the same person. That's why MJ started to look like that. And when have you seen them in the same place, at the same time? Answer me that!

Honestly, if you're going to float a rumor, why Jeff Goldblum? Am I missing something?

Did Jeff concoct this to get some press time?

Who's next? Ed Begley Jr.? Adrienne Barbeau? Pia Zadora?

Sorry, what were you saying?

Not that the matter hasn't already been settled, but if followed the "about this website" box from the original article, you'd find this:

"about this web site. (this story was dynamically generated using a generic 'template' and is not factual. Any reference to specific individuals has been 100% fabricated by web site visitors who have created fake stories by entering a name into a blank 'non-specific' template for the purpose of entertainment.
