Books Reading Today

One reading and one book party today. At 2 pm, Mike Farrell, who is an actor, reads at Elliott Bay Book Company from Of Mule and Man, which is a book about his last book tour. Maybe if you go and ask an interesting question, you can wind up in his next book, which will probably be about this book tour.
Then! At Moe Bar at 5 pm, it's a launch party for Adrian Ryan's Way Too Gay Gay Seattle Survival Guide. Mr. Adrian Ryan will be in attendance. He will probably let you touch him if you ask nicely. Supposedly the party is open to the public until 7pm, at which point it becomes private. We'll see how that goes. But you should be there at 5 pm for the gay-larity. This is the book event of the day, for sure.
