Then you should consider signing up for Equalityoga, the big gay yoga event going down next Saturday, June 27, at Cal Anderson Park, as part of the Celebrate Stonewall fest.

Find full info—including photos of the event's visually appealing master yogis—here.

WOW - like granola Pride - so fucking excited, can't get this any other time - and - they charge for it. WOW.

Think I will save my yoga for the Cuff Party ... really.

(since when does the park get used for fee based events?)

I finally figured SLOG out.

Dan Savage and all the rest are just shills trying to convince people that Seattle is this Great Gay Paradise when its so far from the truth. He's basically in the pocket of real estate developers who are desperate to "bring back downtown" so they can unload their overvalued assets on poor homosexuals.

Word to anyone reading this around the US: Seattle is a place mostly for the following:

1. Dual professionals, nuclear families
2. drug addicts
3. Serial killers

Those are the three largest population groups. Note: Gay did not make it to the top ten...

@3 is right, but there's an easy way to identify the drug addicts and serial killers - they're almost all self-identified Republicans.

Will in Seattle comes up with the lamest "zingers" on Earth.

Why don't yall just have a gay-segregation area? Sounds like that's what you really want.

Man I met so many serial killers when I lived in Seattle. It's like you couldn't go into a bar without meeting a serial killer. Even the bartenders were serial killers. It's like, if you hadn't killed five or ten people and made a wallet out of their scalps to keep your drink money in, they wouldn't even serve you! Sheesh, serial killers.

I always eat my cereal with a knife.

Urk! Urk! Urk!

Well, except for when I have rice, then I use my Choppstix.

This event is the handy work of Kyler Powell, Seattle's most dramatic queen. (That's saying a lot). Powell's dream is to amass a small fortune off the backs of the LGBT movement. He has no interest in progress, he is only interested in furthering his own ego trip.

Since all respectable groups have abandoned him, Powell's stripped down event was left to this half-assed yoga bullshit. Great job!

This is the work of Kyler Powell, famous for taking credit for everyone elses hard work. Most groups and organizers have distanced themselves from Kyler and his drama queen bull shit. The result is this moronic event. Enjoy!

That picture is making me feel decidedly un-gay in my pants.

@10 @11 Actually "In the know"- if you were truly in the know - you'd know Kyler is only an intern on this event. But good job trying to turn a fully positive event into something that further fractures the equality movement. Namaste.

@10 @11 I figured I would give "in the know" a chance at being a respectable citizen of the community so I checked out their website. www.celebratestonewall.org. I'm wondering what respectable orgs are? After checking out their site they have the support of Equal Rights Washington, Lambda Legal, Seattle Out and Proud, Gay City. And countless sponsors... oh and SENATOR ED MURRAY........?
