I have to disagree. Ms. Bruni Sarkozy does not appear anorexic nor does Ms. Obama appear overweight. They are both very lovely women. I really doubt that there is any real unhappiness in the expression captured in the photograph, it's just an image, like an eight second sound bite, taken out of context.
