Homo The New Folsom Street Fair Poster Is Out

This year's Folsom Street Fair poster is a lot better than last year's, but not nearly as good as the one from two years back. And it's bunching the usual panties. And like real torture at Gitmo, the fake torture at Folsom is all Nancy Pelosi's fault!
Will House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D) denounce this new attack on the natural family, or will she continue to pander to her homosexual base—as she did by refusing to condemn a version of the above that mocked the Last Supper? Few Americans have any clue about just how deviant America’s Queer Mecca is.... So don’t hold your breath waiting for the Human Rights Campaign or the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force or PFLAG (Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) to denounce this sick display. They can’t, and we doubt Speaker Pelosi will either, even though it might help her politically to do so. Privately the “gay” activists may be upset at how Folsom hurts their cause strategically, i.e., from a PR perspective. But outwardly they’re far more apt to attack Carrie Prejean than their comrade-cousins on the Leather fringe.

But... but... it looks like there's a straight (if kinky) couple on the poster! (I can't enlarge it at work to be sure of the gender of the woman feeding the guy a cherry, but I THINK that's a M/F couple.) What does it all mean?????

Kinky straight? That's either an oxymoron or logically impossible. You can have a kinky heterosexual but not a kinky straight.

Wait, that isn't a natural family? That just looks like Sunday brunch at my house. I don't even get what people are upset with in that picture; it's pretty mild.

@14: I think they are referring to the 2007 poster echoing the last supper.
I'm not usually one for festival posters as art, but that 2007 poster has me wondering if there are prints available. Very nice on many levels.

I have to say that I like the 2009 poster better than the 2007. The colors, the action and the variation in dress are better. And, yes the gentleman in the mask has an excellently shaped behind.

@19: It really is a toss up for me. I like the earth tones of the 2007 poster as well as the 'moodiness' of it and the guy on the far left end.
While I like the 'lighter' (in color and tone) atmosphere of this year's poster, especially the playfulness of it. I like the retro kitchen and yes, the guy in the mask does have a nice posterior (but the mask could be seen to better effect in 2007), but I'm sort of leaning toward the guy with glasses - and, yes I think it is only because of the glasses. Also the 'cowboy' is pretty nice as well.

However scared of it, I rather like the giant buttplug on the counter. It looks like one of those kitchy, impractical lemon squeezers.

SEPARATION OF RAUNCH AND STATE
(It's still legal - and always God-honoring - to air messages like the following. See Ezekiel 3:18-19. In light of government backing of raunchy behavior (such offenders were even executed in early America!), maybe the separation we really need is the "separation of raunch and state"!)
In Luke 17 in the New Testament, Jesus said that one of the big "signs" that will happen shortly before His return to earth as Judge will be a repeat of the "days of Lot" (see Genesis 19 for details). So gays are actually helping to fulfill this same worldwide "sign" (and making the Bible even more believable!) and thus hurrying up the return of the Judge! They are accomplishing what many preachers haven't accomplished! Gays couldn't have accomplished this by just coming out of closets into bedrooms. Instead, they invented new architecture - you know, closets opening on to Main Streets where little kids would be able to watch naked men having sex with each other at festivals in places like San Francisco (where their underground saint - San Andreas - may soon get a big jolt out of what's going on over his head!). Thanks, gays, for figuring out how to bring back our resurrected Saviour even quicker!
