Catch It. Bin It. Kill It.

An ad from the British government's new swine flu education campaign. (Um, they only have eight confirmed cases, we have 112, and they have a public health ad up before we do?)

Though this one, from 1948, is far more cute—hankies!

All of my coworkers' favorite thing to do is come to work sick and then spend all day coughing and sneezing, rarely covering their mouths at all, and never with a tissue. It has disgusted me every day for six months, but now it makes me feel like I'm gonna freak the fuck out. THEY NEED TO SEE THIS. If I die of pig flu, I'm suing. From beyond.

@1: Seems like now would be a perfect time to call your co-workers out without coming off like an asshole (although for the record expecting other civilized human being to not be DISGUSTING shouldn't make you an asshole). You should forward everyone in your office that video :)

Do we still have public service ads? Seems like they are very rare now. I suspect networks have been doing fewer so they can fit more ads in...

@1: Not all of us have the luxury of sick time. Now that's a public health menace.

I was really hoping the headline of this post referred to the neighbors' cats.
