Another Mayoral Candidate?

Posted by on Wed, Apr 29, 2009 at 12:09 PM

Blind item!: Rumor has it that another candidate is getting into the mayor's race tomorrow. Looking into it now.

Update: According to Jonah's reporting, it's Joe Mallahan, an Obama supporter who works at T-Mobile in Bellevue.

@5: You should appreciate the fact that she's showing responsibility, not reporting every rumor without checking it out. It's not often the Stranger practices real journalism, so this is a breath of fresh air.

Blind Items are supposed to be guessing games... You gotta give us some clues to go off of! This is too vague; it could be anyone.

A name that needs to be explained is not a name.

So, is the guy in the mall who knows how all the Blackberry features work? Pleated pants, short-sleeved dress shirt, clip-on tie?

He works in Factoria, which has a Taco Bell. His number of visits per week to said Taco Bell will determine whether or not I care.
