The Real Rick Perry

Less than two weeks after raising the prospect of seceding from the union, Texas Gov. Rick Perry is calling on the federal government to come to his state's aid in the midst of the swine flu outbreak.
Now is the time to pass that healthcare bill.

That man makes me glad I'm leaving Texas (Austin) and moving home to Seattle next week.
Austin is great but at the end of the day it's still Texas

Tell him there's no free lunch and that private enterprise is best equipped to handle the swine flu. If he doesn't agree, he can raise taxes to pay for whatever it is he wants to do.
