Nice. I could not believe he said it. Or, that the reporter quoted him as though it was a serious quote.

Yeah, Harrell sometimes speaks like the linebacker he once was but it would have been nice for you to give him props for the position he is taking here. He's endorsing a preventive measure rather than taking the usual political position of addressing a crime issue by advocating more police and/or prisons. Prevention can keep kids out of the big house for life and us from paying for it forever as well.
