I am for the torture memos release and don't favor prosecution of any former Bush officials.

There's a sea change today with Obama opening the door. the pressures will not end. PRetty soon they're going to have Cheney on TV and ask him, "what's your defense, do you think you're guilty, by the way are you ready to go to jail for 5, 10 years (whatever)" and pretty soon he's going to have to start shutting up on the advice of counsel.

This is all due to grass roots pressure btw not Obama himself.
You'd think as brilliant harvard law review editor he'd know about shit like rule of law, etc.
