If you have something to say about this sad, sad Sounders game—which we're almost certainly going to lose, considering we're ten minutes from the end and down by two goals, one of which WE ACCIDENTALLY SCORED FOR THE OPPOSITION—consider this your open thread.
The Seattle blog Next Season Sports has some ideas about where you can go to watch the Sounders game tonight: Atlantic Crossing (in Roosevelt), the Dray (in Ballard), Fado (just north of Pioneer Square), Kell's (near the market), the George & Dragon (in Fremont), the Spitfire (in Belltown).
Left off that list, but also showing the game: Roanoke Tavern and Cafe Presse (both on Capitol Hill), Marco Polo (in Georgetown). If you know of more, put em in the comments...
They're playing Chivas USA in Carson, California. The P-I has a comparison of the two teams here. The Seattle Times reports that Ben Dragavon—remember him?—probably isn't going to be goalkeeping. King 5's coverage begins at 7 pm. Game's at 7:30 pm.
The Craigslist "prankster" who posted hardcore kink ads to CL and then posted the responses he got—including face photos, home and work telephone numbers—to the web? Some of his victims sued him and a default judgment was just issued and Fortuny is facing fines of $74,000. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

Over the past decade and a half, the San Francisco–based extravaganza Trannyshack has become synonymous with state-of-the-art psycho drag. (Think cannibal zombies, onstage abortions, and battling brides of Satan.) Tonight brings another Seattle installment, cohosted by traveling Trannyshacker Heklina and hometown horror Ursula Android, featuring performances by Jackie Hell, Ade, Sylvia O'Stayformore, Felicia Fellatio, and many more. If all goes well, all minds will be properly blown/fucked. (Chop Suey, 1325 E Madison St, 324-8000. 9 pm, $12, 21+.)
DAVID SCHMADER
Three readings today. Cricket McRae reads at Seattle Mystery Book Shop. Spin a Wicked is a book set in Seattle about crafting and murder at the co-op. Also, this is an opportunity to meet a woman named Cricket.
And then there are two events at Elliott Bay Book Company. William O'Daly reads his new translation of one of Neruda's last books, World's End / Fin de mundo. If you're still in the giddy first year of a relationship, Neruda is totally for you. Read his poems aloud in Spanish to someone and you will totally get laid. And later in the day, Cheryl Harris Sharman, Russell Leigh Sharman and Corey Hayes discuss their book Nightshift NYC, in which they spent a year following people who work on the night shift. Both these readings are totally awesome. Come for the Neruda, stay for the stories about nocturnal missions.
And don't forget the Friends of the Library book sale, which is going on this weekend. There are allegedly 200,000 books for sale, and many of them are a buck a pop. You can find more information about the sale here.
The full readings calendar, including the next week or so, is here.
