Books Reading Tonight

There's a lot going on tonight.
First, at Seattle Mystery Book Shop, David Hewson reads from Dante's Numbers, about a film adaptation of Dante's Inferno. There is murder involved. And up at Third Place Books, Garth Sundem reads from The Geeks' Guide to World Domination, about how geeks have taken over the world.
Adina Hoffman reads at Elliott Bay Book Company. My Happiness Bears No Relation to Happiness: A Poet's Life in the Palestinian Century is Hoffman's biography of Palestinian poet Taha Muhammad Ali.
At University Book Store, Local authors come together to read work from and celebrate the life of Aimé Césaire, a Martinican poet who passed away one year ago today. You can read more about Césaire here.
Lastly, at Antioch University, Maria Semple reads from This One Is Mine, a novel about residents of L.A. Semple has written for Arrested Development, which pretty much assures that this is a reading of the night. However, the Césaire reading has merit, too, so these will be co-readings of the night.
