"Bullcorn!"

Posted by Lindy West on Tue, Apr 14, 2009 at 4:15 PM

victor_togunde.jpgIn my column this week, I wrote about: "the dude who played the dude in Can't Hardly Wait who's all, 'Bullcorn!' to Ethan Embry (clearly I made some bad choices in my teens, but one must admit that 'bullcorn' is funny)."

Then I received a wonderful e-mail:

I was reading what you wrote about Can't Hardly Wait, and the actor's name who said "Bullcorn" is Victor Togunde! I know because I was having a long distance fling with him at the same time he was filming that movie (the fling was short lived). I also want to tell you that he stole that line from me and I still use it today! Victor is a great guy and really funny. Because he used my line he has dedicated that movie to me!

Just thought I would tell you because you brought back some funny memories that I haven't thought of in a long time.

Cheers!

Cheers to you, former fling of Togunde! Thank you for bringing "Bullcorn" into my life.

Much like Victor Togunde snatching "bullcorn" from his former fling, I snatched this photo from Victor Togunde's MySpace (where you can also watch his acting reel, IN WHICH HE SAYS "BULLCORN" at minute 3:18). Please don't be mad that I snatched your photo, Victor Togunde. That would be bullcorn.

At first I thought this was going to be a Victor Togunde obituary and I'm overjoyed that it is not. But what am I going to do with this river of tears I preemptively cried?

Seth Green ROCKED in that movie.

l admit it. l watched it. l even have a desperate crush on Ethan Embry and his fucking do-no-wrong, angelic face. l so want to strap him down and make him say momma.

Come to think of it, l have a pretty offensive hardon for Seth Green too. Oh, for the day in heaven l could take either of them to bed. But since l expect to go to hell and will probably find them both there, l have something to look forward to.

I have a friend whose first make-out experience was with one of the nerds who spent the night on the roof waiting to ambush the jock on William's behalf. They went to high school together...I think it was the redhead, but I'll have to ask her to make sure.

Which reminds me, whatever happened to Charlie Korsmo - he owned that movie.

Oh, man, according to Wikipedia, he went on to be a politically conservative corporate lawyer. Boo!
