Since that day [REDACTED] has called numerous times checking on the status of his application/resume. He has also come into the store several times. [REDACTED] reported that in the last couple of days his calls have been more frequent and harassing. Today he called at which point [REDACTED] told [REDACTED] that they were not going to hire him. [REDACTED] stated that [REDACTED] got agitated and kept wanting to know why even after [REDACTED] told him she could not discuss this with him. [REDACTED] began threatening legal action and even called back stating he was his attorney. [REDACTED] continued to call. [REDACTED] repeatedly not to call anymore. [REDACTED] continued to call. [REDACTED] finally told [REDACTED] she would call the Police. [REDACTED] stated that [REDACTED] then told her, “YOU CALL THE POLICE AND I’LL KILL YOU.” This frightened [REDACTED].

Thanks to intern Aaron Pickus for the transcription and to J.S. Lee for the tip. Rest of the report is in the jump.
