The Hackett Has Landed

You've probably already heard, but Regina Hackett, art critic of the P-I, is going to be joining the ranks of Tyler Green, John Perrault, Lee Rosenbaum, and Glenn Weiss—and starting a blog at ArtsJournal. It will be called, after Delmore Schwartz, Another Bouncing Ball. No word on exactly when it starts.

I wish the Stranger would have hired her as I am much more likely to read the Stranger or Slog and I really enjoy Hackett's writing. Good luck to all the Pee-Eye folks.

I wonder if Hearst will want to 'aggregate' her blog on their new P-I site now that they've let her go.
